botBrains sends email notifications for critical project events. Notification preferences are per-user and per-project, so your settings don’t affect other team members.

Notification Types

Weekly digests only go out for projects with activity during the week.

Configuration

Toggle notification preferences at Settings → Notifications. Weekly digests are enabled by default. You can enable digests for production projects and disable them for staging or inactive ones. Notification settings toggles for weekly digest and data export completion notifications

Email Delivery

All notifications come from notifications@botbrains.io. Add this domain to your email allow list so notifications arrive reliably. Subject lines follow the pattern [botBrains] Weekly Digest - [Project Name] and [botBrains] Export Ready - [Project Name].
Never forward export completion emails to external parties. Download links grant access to customer data and should be treated as sensitive credentials.
