How It Works
- Customer clicks the attachment icon and selects a file
- The system scans the file for malware
- The AI extracts and reads relevant content
- The AI responds using the document’s content alongside conversation context
Enabling Document Upload
- Go to your deployment settings
- Enable Document Upload
- Configure accepted file types and size limits
- Deploy
